While we're working on an update which builds this info into the game, here are the Xbox controls:

A- Select
B- Rotate bombs
X- Fire missile
Y- Fire EMP

Start- Pause

Left and Right act as you would expect, and you can also use Down to rotate the bombs.

We'll also update the game manual to reflect this.
