Vista fits on a 4.7GB DVD. 16GB is plenty for the OS, not everything.

For everything else you'll use regular hard drives.

So you may have to put like a usb cable from the motherboard inside the case to power the flash drives.

It really seems pretty awesome though for the cheap price. OCZ also has some 16GB and 32GB eSATA flash drives as well if you want to upgrade to some bigger ones.
