Unlock skins

Since the levels are getting really hard for me after 40 (for normal and advanced) I just want to aks you guys if there is any method to unlock the skins.

Or are there any save games which I could use?

Are you still interested in a savegame? I've unlocked all skins except one and got all medals...

speaking of save files, where is the save file located? ive been looking for it to backup but cant find it...
