Holy hell is it bright?!

So i start the game, adjust my brightness and EVERYTHING is Black and White bright.

So i save the game and set my settings lower in the brightness and contrast..pretty much all the way down and it's the same.

I dunno if this is the way the game is during the first 20 minutes or not but jesus christ, it is unplayable. I actually can't see what the hell im doing.

Did anyone else have this issue? I can already tell this is a bad game from all the BS i've been going through, but i would like to play through and record it and if this is how the game is gona look i might not bother.
