Tutorial diolog replay bug

I have this strange bug when I play the playable tutorial.
The speaker of the tutorial instructions tells you something to do, but right as hes finished, it repeats right over again, until the objective is complete.

Maybe it was meant that the instructions would be repeated again, but if so the frequency between has no gap at all. Its very annoying too.

After further play into the tutorial I found it stopped after the first few steps. Thought it may have been a video problem, but isnt.
