Just got this today, Recommended mods?

Hi all! I have played this before on the 360 for about 10 hours and enjoyed the game but put it down because I had too many other games to play. I just got this again today but for my pc. I have a pretty decent rig especially for this game and I'm wondering what mods you guys would suggest?

My specs:

Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0ghz
Radeon 4870 1gb
4gb ram

I can max fallout 3 no problem so I figure I can do the same with this, I'm not just looking for graphics mods but any great mod.

I'd say Darnified UI is the main one as it re-does the menus and that to be less consoley and lets you see more. Plus if your machine can handle it then you could bump up the textures and sounds. Oblivion Mod Manager will autoinstall most things for you. I'd advise playing the game for a bit as is though, then try again some other time with a few mods to do things like add new classes and houses. Maybe a companion.
