Is there a difference in the amount of xp you get from playing with bots than with real players?

killing bots doesn't give you any experience, sorry

Actually you can kill bots to level up to 60 -- it's only once you "ace" (similar to MW prestige) that you can no longer gain XP from bots. Bots provide the same XP as normal players -- 10 per kill, or more if the bot has veteran status (each 10 XP gained in a given life earns a veteran bar, up to a max of 9, killing a max-vet player is worth 30 XP).
