Terrible support.
Here's the deal, I bought Guild Wars: Factions a week ago on Steam, I downloaded it, and it told me to active my serial to a account on NCSoft, so I made a account, and when it asked for my serial, I entered it, just to find out its wrong.
I have contacted NCsoft, made an ticket, a week later, nothing. What the ♥♥♥♥? Are they sleeping or something? The only response I have gotten is. Quote:

Resend it? Every time I've contacted support I've had the issue resolved the same day o_O

Their support is all automated, what can I say? Sometimes they give you the answer you want, sometimes not.
They should really wait to reply until after they have a possible solution however. |

Sounds to me like a problem from Steam not from NCSoft. they didn't give you the bad activation key, Steam did. maybe you should be talking to them instead.

True their support is not the greatest but its not bad also.
They are trying diablo 3 guide diablo 3 gold diablo 3 inferno to do everything they can. |
