Level Reset After Loading on New PC

Hey all, I normally play on my home PC, but after trying to load my game on another (involved installing Steam, then copying over the whole Steam directory)... I logged in and it said my level was 1. I thought this was related to Steam Cloud, but I had been playing on my home PC for several days after the update, so it should have synced online.

Giving up trying to play on this other computer, I got home and logged in on my PC... and discovered that even that PC is now level 1.

What is odd is that all my achievements synced, but the level synced from the second PC - and only several days after the Cloud update. Additionally, on my profile, it shows my level correctly (18, third promotion). So SOMEWHERE it's storing my info right, but it's not applying to my game. I've deleted the clientc.dat file, and even the cfg folder completely... still level 1.

Anyone got any ideas?
