Recomend a decent USB 7.1 Soundcard

I find alot of these cheap type ones. But I was looking for something from a good brand like creative or Turtle. Turtle Had a good usb one but its discontinued. Up to 100$ is my budget. Anyone use them on notebooks & want to advise?
