Need help with taking over vegas quest *spoilers*

I just talked to yes man and i got the quest were i need to kill Mr. house and the quest were i need to go and meet all the different tribes.
I still have to do the brotherhood of steel part and the great khans part so if i kill Mr. house now will i still be able to do the BoS and Great khans part or will it cancel it?

"Wild Card: Side Bets" can be done after dealing with Mr. House.

I'd say you're 3-4 missions from the final story mission. I went with Caesar's Legion, but I did check out the next part of Wild Card (after dealing with House and Side Bets). Which was the same kind of mission as the second to last Legion Mission.

Side Bets runs parallel to Change In Management (i think its called) ... you can take out House when you please and you will not fail Side Bets
