This thread was origonally created by Knopfdruckoffz and recreated by Bezzer but both appears to have disappeared so I have recreated it so that I can keep it up to date with new information.

This thread is designed to help users to patch your games and made it working. Notice that the official game publisher, not Valve, is responsible by updating your own game titles on Steam.

I suppose that it was fixed, I was able to do a multiplayer with somebody. The actual Steam version is 1.30.sd.

I'm asking MumboJumbo about that, anyway, it works if you setup compatibility mode for Windows XP in Windows 7 64bit.
