Changing Key Bindings?

Can the default keybinds be changed?
As a left hander, I use the arrow keys, not wasd, with my right hand and the mouse with my left.
I found a file in /data_pc called settings.cfg but it looks like a lot of trial and error would be needed to get the settings right.

If anyone knows the appropriate numbers to plug in the .cfg file, please let me know.

Otherwise it will remain one of those 30 min games...

They can be changed in game. Via the notebook icon at the top of the screen then a return looking key on the right of the book that pops up.
