Achievement unlocks ... what, where?

Example: I recently got Multiplier achievement and I saw the message that I unlocked something ... the issue is that I don't know what that something is and where it is. It would be nice to have more info about those unlocks (either in game, when you make an achievement, or in a manual, etc.).
