Guys can we play "Christmas present: X-Ray SDK 0.7"with steam version of game and one more thing.Can i still play multyplayer under steam when apply this MOD.TY in advance

That's not a mod, it's a tool for making mods.

SDK = Software Development Kit
It's a stand alone program to allow you to make things with. Such as levels and maps for CoP.
