low graphics and extra

Hi , i have a GTS 250 , E7400 2,80ghz and 4gb ram.

I have average of 70fps on extra ,no stutter or anything .

Why in the HELL I get THE SAME ♥♥♥♥ING FPS WHEN I TURN EVERYTHING TO LOW? wtf is this game man i mean wth everything is just inversed ..

same here, avg 35fps no matter if i have med or low
on high i have pretty bad fps

I've got a gtx260 and your avg is higher than mine. ugh! Random framerate drops!!!!! What os you using? It has alot to do with using anything other than xp I guess.

I'm using windows vista 64 homefakcrapmily the thing come with my computer

Wanna know something funneh?

Before the patch I had constant 200+ fps, now I have 70 avg.

Now before the patch as mentioned I had it all on extra, maxed all settings with 1920x1080 resolution. One day I just wanted to see how crap the Black Ops engine is so I put it on the lowest settings in the texture and AA and Af, guess my fps?

The Same?

No!

Better?

no?

Then might CoolZed tell us?

15! ....avg 13 FPS....

You know what? Same thing here! Also, when the game is running, my CPU load and fan run @ about 60-90%, when the game stutters, the CPU load and fan speed drop to like 10-15%.

I think the thing that bugs me most is that I know that higher framerates are right there. Somewhere. Just something stupid. I want to take a day off work just so I can frig with it. Don't worry, I'm not going to.
