Failed to logon

I can't get online. Everytime I attempt to log in it just says "Failed to logon" I cannot even get to the server browser screen. All my ports are fine, I can play all the other Total wars online.

Hope someone knows the solution to this, I really want to play my friends on Rome.

Did you allow the game through your firewall?
