Turning off Henchman Wages.

Does anyone know of any way to turn off henchman wages? we've been playing co-op with a friend, and playing together the entire time, the henchman wages are currently at 20,000.

We have way too many millions of gold piled up, and nothing to really spend it on, no reason to do the jobs, or buy property to rent out.

Any way to fix this?


edit: also been having crashing issues in brightwall, bowerstone, and a few other cities, generally facing in one direction (doesn't crash if looking down)
