How to sell horses?

I'm having some trouble with this game!
I can't for the life of me figure out how to sell a horse, can anybody shed some light on this for me please? I'm assuming I have to be in the stable, but I still can't work out how to do it.

To sell a horse go the Gate and select the Quests. The last one is "Sell Your Horse". (Depending on which level you are regarding horses you'll see that quest more than once.)
