Clikr not on sale?

I looked to see if this game would be discounted for the current Steam Summer Sale, but it isn't at all. I'm kinda suprised, since I think you could get quite a few sales if this game was 50% off. I already have the game, but I know a few people who find the $10 price tag to be a little high.
