Jewel Quest - Input not supported

I bought the Jewel quest pack (Jewel Quest I, II, III and mysteries) in the Summer Sale, yet I cannot get ANY of these to work at all.

For all 4 games, all I get when trying to launch is a black screen and an "input not supported" floating message in the middle of the screen.

I have tried the -windowed, -window, -autoconfig, and the command to try it in custom resolutions i.e -height 800 -width 600 and screen resolutions above that too, and none of this works, still get the same black screen and floating message.

I can hear the game running but obviously can't see it, as it stands I've just wasted my money buying a pack of games, where none of them work.

Any help please?
