Thank you TW. I'm assuming the game updated today because I'm getting between 40-70fps and nearly maxed out which is a major boost from 15-30 fps yesterday.

Anyone else notice a performance increase?

60FPS.

yes
1920x1080, medium settings with high textures - 60fps, sometimes drops to 30 but it's ok
q6600@3.4G, 4870x2
last 18MB patch did that

I still have bad performance even the menu is jerky at the lowest setting.

My Specs
Motorola 6800 12Mhz
Zilog Z80A 8Mhz
64k Ram.
Yamaha YM2610
