CTD

This was happening before today's update once every 20-30minutes, now it's happening every 3 minutes. What gives? I'm not using a modified EXE (Vanilla) and I have the settings on High.

CPU:Intel Core™ i7 930 Quad Core Processor (2.8GHz, 8MB Cache)
GPU: 2GB GDDR5 ATI Radeon™ HD 5970
MEMORY: 12GB DDR3 1333Mhz

Are you playing full screen or windowed?

Give windowed mode a try....I've been playing the game windowed and have had no CTDs at all.

Granted it's not as nice as full screen, but it's very very stable.

same problem here, game crashes now every 10 minutes, before the patch it was after an hour or 2, great work steam...

There's also Borderless Window Mode "mod" available on SkyrimNexus (Simple Borderless Window) which works with the new EXE
