Heimskr's House

Possible spoilers*

So I got a quest from vex (thieves guild) to steal stuff from this guy Heimskr's House but it's bugged because I did the whiterun quest for the stormcloaks. Basically his house is destroyed and everyone is saying this is the fix.

"On the PC this is fixable with the console using the setstage command. Another possibility is to type "movetoqt TGRBE" into the console, then you get teleported to the chest in Heimskr's House. To get outside you can easily use the door of the house."

^ This is bull♥♥♥♥ because there is no quest marker (because his house is basically gone now other than the rubble of what it once was) and so this command doesn't work. Does anyone else know a way around this?

You can go to vex and decline the quest and ask for another.
