How to unlock Mr Toots without finishing campaign?

I personally finished the campaign and unlocked Mr toots, and my friend seeing me play destruction mode using Mr toots wants the game but just wants it for destruction mode with Mr toots. Is there anyway to unlock Mr Toots without completing the campaign? (I also formatted my PC so i dont have possible saved files i could transfer)

One of the levels (towards the end) has a secret room where you can unlock it. It's one of the temple levels i think right fater you take the craft through the lava river...search on youtube and you'll find it.
