full game achievement not showing up in steam

I completed the full game speed run achievement, but it's not showing up in Steam. The game recorded my time as 41:58.03, which meets the 45:00.00 goal. Is there any way to get Steam to know that I've beaten this last achievement?

The achievement goal is not 45:00:00. It's 00:45:00.
(HH:MM:SS)

I'm pretty sure he knows it not 45 hours. Notice the dot, denoting hundredths of a second.

It probably bugged and Steam didn't give it to you for some random unknown reason. Maybe give it another shot. It worked for me the first time though.

Also, if you are playing in offline mode it may not give you achievements, but not really sure about that.

I've beaten it under 45 minutes three times now :-(

There is a way to "give" yourself the achievement if you care enough. I will PM with you with the details.
