Free to Play games in Library

I feel like all the free to play games should be seen on everyone's library. Have the option to remove them, but I'd like the option of having them right there in front of me rather than having to find them through the store if they aren't installed.

I agree.

If I go to a different computer and sign onto steam, I have to go into the store and re-install the game from there.

Not to mention all my achievement progress is lost as well for certain achievements

I agree, aslong as there is an option to delete these off your list. Since I wouldn't want every game on my library just because it's free, however I paid full whack for dc universe and a little bit of me died inside knowing it had been taken off my library because it went free to play. An option to be able to "lock" certain free games to your library would be cool.

I feel your pain, this happened to me...

Option to lock free to play games would be great, or atleast the ones you pay for that go free to play should stay on your list (like team fortress 2)

It is a good idea and i'm sure these games would benefit from this.

Looking through the Steam Store for Free-to-Play games is such a hassle for you?

There's a lot more free stuff than what is listed in the F2P category in the store. If Alien Swarm would've been added automatically to people's libraries it may have not died that fast and would still be an active and populated game.

Wouldn't it be a better idea to do it the other way around? Like add an 'add to library' button to free-to-play games or possibly not removing the games after they have once been installed (unless the user chooses to).

There are more and more free-to-play games, and I for one wouldn't like my library clogged with games I'll never play.
