Videos = Black Screen

I have played this game several times before on my computer and have never experienced any problems with it. However, I reinstalled it today and every video/cutscene in the game is a black screen. I can hear the sounds/music in the video, but the whole screen is black.

It does it for every video in the game, even the Firaxis / 2K presentation videos when you open it.
