Steam Deal Ended?

What just happened? Usually these things run past 1 PM and go to at least 3 PM to make your final, last-minute purchases.

I just went to check to purchase DA:U and its back to full price, as well as the rest of the games in the store.

The deal ended at 10am Seattle, WA time as that's where Valve is located.
