Day two no play

This is the second day steam are telling me I cant play the game I paid for.There is something terribly wrong here.
Am I the only one who thinks this ?

It's a problem everyone has. Try changing the download region for Steam from
Settings -> Downloads + Cloud -> change region to something else
It worked for me.
