Hard Truck Apocalypse titles

Is there any chance in these two titles ever being added to Steam? I'd love to get my hands on both of them. I'd like to find the mythical city of Edmonton in "Le Canada". I can assure you it exists, since I live there.

I know GamersGate has them, but I just like Steam better.

I wouldn't mind the second one, since the copy I bought from the Strategy First website doesn't work anymore.
