Batman Arkham City: Nightwing Bundle and Batman Arkham City: Robin Bundle could not b

Hello . I am a player from steam. Here are my account( http://steamcommunity.com/id/matthewcheung) I bought the above two dlc in steam on 1/2 and I could not redeem the above two dlc keys in games for windows live in game. It keeps telling me that the code is not valid and asked me to enter a valid code. And i tried to redeem on xboxlive.com but it just keeps loading forever. I would like to know how to fix this problem and most importantly I don't want to waste the money for buying them. I would like to knowwould you mind helping me to fix this thorny problem and I would be very grateful. Thanks and looking forward to hearing your reply .

I bought robin bundle and when I go to the riddler challenges I don't see robin and I can't find him anywhere in the game and I have been trying for days.

alright I get most of it now but how do you find out the dlc key? I can't redeem it without it I don't think

Check your CD keys for Arkham City.

I have done exactly what should be done. When I redeem my code in games it keep saying the code is invalid! thta's why i amasking help here >_<

it keeps loading in https://live.xbox.com/zh-HK/RedeemCode if i redeem in the website. If i redeemed the code in game, it keep saying the code is not valid

matthew2234, it is GFWL that rejects your code, so you should contact GFWL support.

I bought in steam the cd key is provided from steam i wonder why the brand new cd keys are invalid

All that we can suggest is that you triple check that you are reading the CD key correctly from the window and entering it correctly. There's no way we, as forum users, can fix invalid keys that have been given to you.
