Fresh HLDS Installation: Error Message!

HLDSUptadeTool on completely new install:

Error:

Unable to Initialize Steam

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Steam offers no support!

I have read that thread and didn't see anyone else running a tfc server there, but no matter . . . . it applies to all.

Now correct me if I'm wrong here.

FYI: My TFC server is on a separate PC on my network and is located at: C:\HLDS\tfc

My liblist.gam file which resides there has the number "20" in it which, from what I read, is the correct number for a tfc server.

Is there more to this?

Am I missing something?

Create a .txt file in c:\hlds (or where hlds.exe resides) name it "steam_appid.txt" and write 20 in it (20 is for tfc)
