Do i get achievs if i install Mods?

Do i get achievements? Is it allowed to mod game? (there are some mods on youtube)

Is there anywhere a complete and total map of Panau? Like the one for Mass Effect.

I'm playing with mods and have gotten achievements (though I'm not using any really game changing mods anyway). The Just Cause 2 wiki might have a map of what you seek.

Yes, I have many mods on mine and got achievements with it. Mods like the incinivble and high speed sports car have helped me beat record times.

Absolutely. (I've used many of the mods on justcause2mods dot com.)
Like McDrewbs said above - I don't use many "game changing" mods - Or mods that make the game TOO easy.
But - Yes - you can still get the achievements.
