there should be a filter/tag for items that have a downloadable version for people to use as a skin for their items.

It's up to the creators if they want people to be able to download their weapon models as skins or not. Usually if they're OK with that they'll have the models uploaded to another site besides the workshop.

well i mean on a couple of submissions they haev a link to gamebabana for their item.
what i was suggestign is that there be a tag for the peopel to show that there is a download link for that specific item with search
