Strange yellow thing...

I was playing Opposing force today when I saw something I have never ever seen before.

It shows as being some sort of enemy and such. Anyone got any idea what it is or is it some sort of freaky glitch?

I think it's a glitch. That is the direction where the transit vehicle comes from and the vortigaunt is in it. That's the only excuse I can think of what caused it.
