Re-add Half-Life menu with black bars and logo in the top

Valve, could you re-add this main menu to GoldSource games? The black bars (if you forgot, they had 0,0,0,128 color - #define BLACK_BAR_COLOR Color(0, 0, 0, 128)) and the logo in the top looked much cooler than what we currently have.
