can't see ppl when they respon back to me

Plz help. When I talk to some one on the app , they got my message but I don't get their ps I'm login on pc ,but sometime when I'm log off on pc , this still happen

i had this same issue on htc mytouch 4g i had to reinstall the app and then restart my phone for it to work
