Cant access Profile - Login problem

I'm trying to play my old profile, however when I try to login I recieve; Login error! Bad Login /password or user is already logged in. Also The password is correct!

Anyone know whats going on? or at least know how I can get to play my old saves?

Anyone? I have searched and Googled but cannot find anything.
Whenever I google because of the wording, all I ever get is Ghost sniper reviews, and the login search just finds the word forgot login etc relating to the site hosting the review (like IGN login etc).

As for the saves - if you deleted them (during a windows format for example) and didn't perform a backup - they're lost. As for the login issue - maybe try creating another account? And contact support - the guys are really helpful .

The saves are still present on my machine, its just I stopped playing for a long time, but now going back into the game I get the login problem mentioned above, so I cant seem to access the saves. I did try making another account but the saves arent there.

I can still play using another account, just was interested in the saves. If theres any other ideas you can think of be much appreciated, but I guess sending a ticket cant hurt =).
