Serious Sam Bfe 3 Loading Issues

I had so much fun with this game when it was working, absolutely fun
but now i can't get it into the menu as it keeps coming up with this error message each time
Cannot Open file Content/SeriousSam3/Levels/menu/intro.tex
i deleted it eventually and redownloaded it but the error message keeps appearing.
is there something im missing any info would be great
