everything going really fast?

Just got this today. I'm running it on win7 64bit and I set the game to 1080 resolution. It seems to be running fine, except the sprite animations seem to be going really fast. Is this a known issue, or am I just going nuts?

Have you checked the 'unit speed' setting in the options?
