If there would be archievements i would buy the game, i just wanted to tell this to devs

It's a kind of a waste having a game on Steam and not taking advantage of steamworks features, and achievements do increase sales of a game despise what achievement detractors may say.
But you soulnd't base your purchase solely on achievements. |

Our newer games do have achievements.

It's not necessarily about your fake virtual pointless score. For a lot of people achievements are about wanting those specific additional tasks. People like ticking off boxes on a to-do list, and having that additional list of things to do saves people from having to think about the game or engage with it on a personal level while still extending their playtime.

Nothing to see here: Xbawks generation basing a game purchase on achievements rather than the quality of the game itself.
