Downloading Issues?

Hi, first post in forums I guess.. Well, let me get to the point.

I just got my Dota 2 Invite I.E. and I downloaded Dota 2 as soon as I saw it. I got halfway through like.. 1 GB and I switched my internet provider (which means I subscribed from a new one) and after I've switched, I've logged in to Steam and was surprised to see that it came back to 0 KB again. Good heavens. Any solutions would be great. Thanks.

That means 0kb of whatever is left to download has been downloaded this time.
The 1gb should still be on your pc.

So I assume that Dota 2 is 3GB big? 'Cause I still have 2 GB left to download? Thanks in advance.
