Undetectable bot cheats

Some ideas to improve the bots ability without making it obvious that it is cheating:

-50% reload time when human player is not in line or sight, and no enemies are in LOS

Enemy (of player) bots do +10% damage to player's team's bots

Enemy engineers gets 300 max metal

Enemy medics build ubercharge at max rate when human player is not in LOS

etc etc etc
