Problem/bug between Generations and adventures

Hello, I'm having a big problem that is driving me crazy! I started my game with 1 sim, I travel and did everithing i wanted, when my sim had a child, and that child became a teenager "Generations" tell me that my adult sims will go on a vacation, the thing is that she never did, but the game thinks she did, so when i want to travel the game does no let me, and give me a message: "all adult sims are already on a trip"
And it goes worse! My original sim is allready dead!!! and her child (who is now an adult) can't go on a trip!!!
Please help me with this!!!
And forgive my english.

Party While Parents are On Vacation
A new feature of Generations is the offering for parents to go on a surprise, free vacation. During this time you'll have control of just the teen and likely any other siblings. You can choose to throw a Teen Party using the cell phone. Randomly, the parents may return home in the middle of the party. You'll only have about an hour to clean up and keep from getting in trouble, which is not likely to happen if the party got messy.

opps didnt read it all.. i say... do you know the name of your sims (the one that died and teenage one)

hit "shift+control + c " and type in resetsim firstname lastname for both.

I did!!!! my adult sim was in the house and i did the party anyway, because, like i said, she never went on a vacation. My teenager is now an adult, so i can't do it again... i don't know what to do!
