Games don't add to cart
Hey,
Today I tried to buy Civilization V. I added it to the cart, but when I go to my cart there's nothing. I tried adding any other game, doesn't work either. Is this a glitch on my end? |

Have you tried restarting Steam?
Have you tried restarting your rig in case it's Windows related? Have you tried do a blob fix? In case you don't know how; Exit Steam find and rename your "ClientRegistry.blob" file, restart Steam, sign back in, try the store again. |

Rebooted Steam, deleted ClientRegistry.blob, none worked, will try restarting Windows but I don't think that's the problem

Have you tried purchasing it through your web browser instead of the Steam client?

Yes Opinion, I tried before and it didn't work either.
Maddogge, I know that, and I really appreciate the help. Sorry if I sounded harsh, wasn't my intention. Now what seems to be the problem is that I CAN add the games to the cart, I get to the "Buy for myself" or "Buy as a gift" thingy, when I click any of those it brings me back to the Store homepage. And when I'm in the "Buy for myself" or "Buy as a gift" thingy, the "cart" button appears with a (1) in the corner of the screen; however if I click it it kind of refreshes the page but all items dissapear. |

Do you have some kind of internet security setting on that clears the cache/cookies often? :S

I have all cookies allowed, plus the problem persists in the Steam program, so can't be that I believe

When you did the .blob fix, did you also do AppUpdateStats.blob?
If so... Well, I'm all out of ideas. Sorry. ![]() All I can suggest at this point is if the problem persists it'll be worth contacting Steam Support about the issue. |

I reinstalled Steam, tried to buy the game on Internet Explorer (I use Chrome), none of that worked.
Washell, I believe I am not, I haven't received any notification of the kind |

As your forum account isn't linked to your Steam account I guess you don't trade a lot. The only other way I know to get a purchasing ban is to chargeback, have you done this?
As you originally couldn't add anything to the cart I doubt this is the problem but just checking. |

what browser did you use? have you tried with the incognito mode? using google or opendns dns?
