Maps on consoles

Is it possible for custom maps to be played on consoles, specifically the xbox? From what I can tell, the editor just creates a bsp. I know the pc version has been updated more, but would it affect how the bsp was setup?

I don't have an xbox so I don't really know if you can get into files and stuff easily.

But it would be a nice feature anyway.
