Need help with gmod fastdl

Hi,

For some reason, i can't get fastdl working for gmod, can someone give me a detailed tutorial on how to set it up.
I just need help with setting the options in server.cfg:
Had:

sv_downloadurl "blabla dir"
sv_allowupload "0"
sv_allowdownload "0"

And what else do i need to do, i had this construction:
