Does anyone buy odd leveled hats?
Does anyone buy odd leveled hats (lvl: 0,1,69,99,100) for more than the regular price? I have a level 69 Samur-eye for anyone who wants to buy it.

Some people collect specific levels, but I don't think they pay very muck more for them.

Specific level collectors are few and far inbetween, especially for a hat that has been in the market a long time; more than likely most of the collectors of these leveled hats already found one for their collection.
Be patient if you really want to sell for an increased price. I myself wouldn't bother. |

on every steamrep page there is a advertised list of trading comunities, chech it out.

yeah there are various groups of people who buy special levels. but most that i have seen deal with vintages. although the samur-eye is a good hat, so if someone needs it for their collection you could probably get a key for it
