creds go to 0 after i leave the game

i play for awhile it tells me i have earned 3750 creds. i go to log out of the game lobby to upgrade my ship and it says cred 0
so i play some more get another 3k cred try to upgrade my ship during the match and all it says is i dont have enough creds for 1 single measely l Lvl 1 upgrade? , but also doent bother to tell me what i DO need to buy it

so far this and the lag tards warping all over the sky will kill this game.
